I didn't receive my purchased items

If you've made a purchase and have been charged but haven't received your items yet, please don't worry. Sometimes payments can take a bit of time to process. However, if you still haven't received your items after 2-3 hours, please contact us at support@squaretriangle.team, and we'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly for you.
Please email us the following info:
1. Player ID
2. E-receipt from the corresponding store

How do I view my purchase history?

Whenever you purchase through the Apple Store or Google Play, an email receipt will be automatically sent to your email address. Please keep in mind that your receipt may not be sent immediately after your purchase is made.

Additionally, you can view your purchase history by signing into your Google Wallet or via iTunes.

How do I get a refund for an accidental purchase?

The in-app purchases you make are managed and controlled by the app stores, and therefore all charges and fees are applied by them. Apple is responsible for purchases made inside iTunes, and Google is responsible for purchases made inside Google Play. As we do not receive any direct payments, we are unable to provide refunds ourselves.

In most cases, items purchased through in-app purchases are considered non-refundable. However, there are certain circumstances where a refund can be granted by Google or Apple. If you need to request a refund, please contact the appropriate support team directly: Google support team or Apple support team.

Why does my game keep crashing and freezing?

We understand that there may be disconnections and glitches that occur during gameplay. If your game freezes in the middle of a match, and you lose coins and cups as a result, please inform us at support@squaretriangle.team, and we will promptly refund the lost items to your account.
